To install android studio in windows follow these steps:

Step-1: Get android studio setup from this link.

Step-2: Click on installer .exe file.

Step-3 know this type of window will open, click on next

Step-4: Know again click Next.

Step-5: If you want to change the location where it installs then change, or click on next.

Step-6: Know click on Install.

Step-7: Know wait untill installation complete then click on Finish.

Step-8: Know here click do not import settings.

Step-9: Know your android studio is tarting.

Step-10: It will ask you to Send usage statistics to google, if you want then send or click on don't send.

Step-11: Know click on Next.

Step-12: Then select standard and click on next.

Step-13: Select the theme as you want and select next.

Step-14: Know click on finish.

Step-15: Know it will start installing some required items like android emulator etc. It will take time according to your internet speed.

Step-16: Know when it is completed then click on Finish.

Step-17: Know click on the Start new Android Studio project.

Step-18: In the Phone and tablet section select Empty Activity or you can choose another also.

Step-19: Know at last give a name and other details of your project.
